Yoga enables people to fight all the negativity surrounding them. Stress is one of the biggest mental menaces that has engulfed people of all ages during the pandemic. Practicing yoga can help build a positive support system for a person or a family. Stress can be controlled by resisting our response to negativity. Yoga can help a person stay composed and relaxed during any circumstances; be it the test of time, someone’s illness, pressure of work or competition. Besides asanas we have also included balancing and chantings in our yoga classes. We make yoga interesting that helps people stay positive, happy and focused.
